Time Commitment: 2-3 hours a month

  • Responsible for fiscal and fiduciary stability of the organization

  • Keep cash flow and balance sheet updated, record and track receipts

  • Work in conjunction with other Directors to develop organization’s annual budget

  • Prepare annual tax information

** MUST have a background and/or experience in finance. Must be responsive and detail oriented.   

Time Commitment 8-12 hours a month leading up to makeover event; 2-4 hours a month otherwise

  • Organizes volunteer, donor and other contact information into a database

  • Responsible for management of organization's incoming and outgoing emails and other correspondence

  • Makes sure that s/he stays abreast of team activities and progress

  • Coordinates Director Meetings (quarterly) and generates minutes

  • Organizes Reveal's materials, including policies, forms, and procedures (in binder and electronically in Dropbox)

  • Gatekeeper of Reveal policies and procedures; implementing and advising where necessary

** MUST be organized, responsive, detail oriented. Experience with databases a plus.

Time Commitment: 6 hours a month

  • Manage and lead Workshop Team including Reveal Workshop Manager and workshop leaders

  • Act as primary liaison with shelter(s). Maintain and feed relationship with staff, solicit advice and feedback where necessary, and communicate and confirm workshops with shelter

  • Responsible for keeping the workshop calendar and scheduling established and willing workshop leaders once they agree to help

  • Work closely with Program Dir. – February Event

** MUST be an excellent communicator, organized, responsive.  

Time Commitment: 5-7 hours per week leading up to makeover event; 4-5 hours a month otherwise

  • Manage and lead Marketing Team including Public Relations Manager, Graphic Design Manager, Multimedia Manager, Website Manager, and Social Media Manager

  • Ensures that all forms of communication go out in a manner consistent with organization’s mission

  • Work closely with President, Workshops, Events and Fundraising

  • Create and implement one-year marketing plan. Strategies will increase participation at events

  • Oversee production of all marketing collateral, including flyers, invitations, correspondence, graphics, etc.

  • Maintains and identifies immediate and future IT needs

  • Edit and monitor the online blog for the website

  • Develop marketing materials pre- and post-event (press release, fact sheet)

  • Send out press materials to media

  • Cultivate relationships with media to garner new supporters and build upon existing ones

  • Handle incoming media requests and develop reactive statements as necessary

  • Maintain and update list of traditional and digital media list

  • Work with multimedia manager to identify and develop digital influencer relationships

** MUST have a background and/or experience in marketing/communications and be organized.

Time Commitment: 7 to 10 hours a month

  • Manages organization’s web presence, including Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr

  • Create list of people to follow on Twitter and manage social media influencers

  • create, update and manage an events calendar

  • liaise with director of marketing and PR manager to find new bloggers

  • work with PR manager on social media rules on the day of the event

  • monitor Twitter and Facebook during any Reveal events

  • help create buzz around event prior to and after

  • compile and gather relevant articles to tweet and create advocacy

** MUST have experience with social media platforms.
