Makeover Event Roles and Descriptions
Experienced nail techs to give mini-manicures. Must provide at minimum emory boards and nail clippers.
Experienced hairstylists to style the women’s hair and offer tips and tricks. No cutting or washing involved. Must provide your own tools and hair supplies.
Experienced professionals to offer a mini-facial and offer tips on skin care. Supplies and tutorial provided.
Fashionistas who will help style the women and suggest looks that are both casual and business professional.
The Hosts are the women’s personal escorts through the event and will bring the women to each station.
Experienced makeup artists to beautify the women and offer tips and tricks for each woman’s skin type. Must bring your own makeup kit.
This team will set up everything needed for the event the morning of.
This team will tear down everything at the event and re-pack and label for the following year.
General event helpers. Can be placed on various teams and perform miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Assist with food presentation, serving, and general clean up around the space.
Create goodie bags with donated products the women get to take home after the event. Also help with writing thank you notes to our donors.
Help maintain an enjoyable atmosphere and monitor the event as a whole.
